Dear reader,
I'd like to paint you this picture of sunset. so just bear with me if you will...
OK so we start off with the beautiful night sky the clouds just the right colors.beautiful purples with just the hint of reds and yellows and blues. with the cool night winds breezing your hair back looking out over the water. in just a moment the clouds begin to darken with beautiful night sky.
in any given moment the rain drops begin. then the night sky lights up in lightening in the near distance. then the lightening stops and the clouds and the beautiful night sky is still it's quiet.
As you go for a walk in the evening you hear the sounds of owls of traffic close by. and the bushes rustling with animals. maybe a raccoon maybe possums. use your imaginations. maybe like me there is times you need to go for a walk through the park and just sit on the swings and watch the beautiful night sky and enjoy the simple moment as God speaks softly to you in the moment.
maybe you are one that misses out on the sunsets the promises that God has for you everyday. maybe everything around you seems gloomy and you are longing for light again. tonight where ever you are. I dare you to stop what you are doing and just watch the sunset watch the beauty of our creator. find peace in his presence. find yourself captivated in God's infinite love.
